If your wedding is around the corner, and then the wedding weight loss may be top of mind. You want to look and feel better, and one way to safely lose weight while improving your health is to use a method called food combining when planning your meals.
Undigested food can get stuck in your intestinal tract and cause bloating, indigestion, and toxic byproducts. A good wedding weight loss plan can fix it.
This is not surprising that the antacid products are now billion dollar a year industry. But fighting this problem can be as easy as 1,2,3. So throw away the old bottles of chewable and liquid antacid ... Food associations get system back on track quickly!
Perhaps you've heard this before - "do not eat baked potato with steak." This is because your body produces enzymes to break down food. With protein, your stomach produces acid enzymes while starch products require alkaline enzymes.
When the two are mixed, they neutralize each other, which reduces the efficiency of digestion. In turn, this can cause gas and discomfort, and, most importantly, reducing the absorption of important nutrients. In addition, undigested and rotting food is stored as fat leaving the man feeling sluggish and tired.
So how do we combine our food for more efficient digestion and effective weight loss wedding?
1) Eat fruits Alone - Fruit is best eaten first thing in the morning, on its own, or within 1-2 hours is in any other. Fruit is quickly absorbed into the system so that nutrients is optimal, if it is yourself.
2) Eat a protein alone or with vegetables instead of starch - a high water content vegetables helps the digestive system and works well both in acidic or alkaline environment.
